Raena Waddell is offering a Garuda Barre Class for Dancers at The Ruth Carse Centre for Dance.
It’s a blend of ballet, pilates, yoga and contemporary dance. The work is for dancers and non-dancers alike, but dancers can really enjoy and understand it as it is familiar, but with a new spin on barre classics. You will feel your glutes; you will feel your core.
We work in a way that is anatomically sound and thoughtful. We strengthen, stretch and increase cardiovascular endurance.
Raena trained with Garuda founder himself, James D’Silva. He has been her mentor and offers an incredible wealth of knowledge that she is excited to share.
The weekly sessions run Monday mornings at 10:15-11:15am, starting on January 8.
