Class Description:
Founded in Limon and Release techniques, Gwynne’s class uses imagery, breath, and subtle direction to bring awareness to different parts of the body and different points of instigation in the exploration of movement. Moving in an out of the floor, a series of exercises focused on grounding, core strength, articulation, and the intelligent use of weight, suspension, and energy will prepare the body for and lead to dynamic phrase work.
