Announcing our Season


Good Women Dance Collective is teaming up with Fringe Theatre Adventures and local independent arts’ groups to unveil what’s in store for Edmonton audiences this upcoming season, on Monday, September 28 at 6:45-7:30pm.

During the hour-long event emceed by Fringe Theatre Adventures Artistic Director, Murray Utas, each participating arts group will present their slate of 2015/2016 performances and events. It’s all happening in Fringe Theatre Adventures’ lobby in ATB Financial Arts Barns building (10330-84 Ave) in Edmonton.

The groups include:

Following the season announcements, it’s Wrecking Ball ELXN42: A Rich Gala

Screen Shot 2015-09-24 at 9.07.23 AMIt starts 7:30pm in the Westbury Theatre at the Arts Barns. The cabaret of uncensored political performances and spirited debate. Wrecking Ball invites local artists to spark a conversation about the important role arts play in politics and community development, and federal candidates to engage with the arts and culture sector. GWDC’s Ainsley Hillyard is performing!

This is the fourth Wrecking Ball held in Edmonton, and produced by local indie art-starters Catch the Keys Productions, marking each of the most recent Federal, Provincial and Municipal elections.
