Are you looking to take your technique to the next level? Would you like to learn new ways to exercise your body in a way that incorporates dance elements. Join us for conditioning classes with Mariah Stromquist, a N.A.I.T Personal Fitness Training student and elevate your mind and body to new levels. Through the use of various training styles such as resistance, pilates, and self myofascial release you will learn new techniques to build muscle and increase flexibility.
Strength and flexibility training provides a multitude of benefits for dancers. It can improve balance, flexibility, core strength, and overall technique. As a dancer herself, Mariah is aware of the demands it can have on the body and works to improve mind-body connection through the use of strength and conditioning. By the end of this class, you will have developed a repertoire of exercises that will have you jumping higher, bending further, and feeling great. See you in class!
