Class Description
I’m interested in exploring the tension and release we develop and hide in the body. This class will find a way to continuously connect to our kinetic output, finding our tiny dances, explosive expansion and the weight of our hips. Floor work and standing work, improv and high lifts to be expected. All dancers welcome.
