Class description – Juicy Jam:

The 1-hour class will be based in contemporary dance with an emphasis on moving in a playful way. Kyra Newton will guide you through improvisational exercises to help you find satisfying movements and feel awake. Together, we will move energy through our bodies, working with different movement patterns to find our inner groove. I look forward to finding presence through movement with you!
